Your virtual nutrition experience is administered via a sophisticated piece of Software know as Training Peaks. Your diet can also be analysed for Calorie and protein, fat and carbohydrate content.

Craig Coaching uses the discipline of Nutritional Therapy to assess individual health needs and intervene using bespoke nutritional programmes and food-based supplements. Nutritional Therapy considers an individual’s ‘whole health’ with assessment of parameters such as: digestive & immune health, blood sugar regulation, adrenal (stress glands) reserve, brain chemical balance and sporting performance. The discipline is growing rapidly in Britain plus there is increasing involvement in South Africa.

Functional Sports Nutrition (FSN) effectively combines the knowledge of two very different fields of nutrition within a sporting model: the practical, quantitative and food-based Sports Nutrition and the integrative, qualitative and body-systems approach of Nutritional Therapy. FSN recognises the bio-individual needs of each athlete and the connectivity of all body systems, meaning that to reach peak performance, whole-body health is required.
