12 Weeks to Vibrant Health is a complete exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programme aimed at individuals who desire ultimate control of their health. It encompasses one exercise session per week plus a complete lifestyle intervention with ultra-experienced exercise and nutrition expert, Ian Craig. The programme will start with a comprehensive fitness assessment, nutritional evaluation and goal-setting exercise and each week you will be given educational exercises aimed to extend your knowledge about all aspects of your health. Your body composition will be checked and eating patterns adjusted at very regular intervals during your 12-weeks of self-discovery.
Functional Sports Nutrition (FSN) is a new area within education that effectively combines the knowledge of two very different fields of nutrition within a sporting model: the practical, quantitative and food-based Sports Nutrition and the integrative, qualitative and body-systems approach of Nutritional Therapy . FSN recognises the bio-individual needs of each athlete and the connectivity of all body systems, meaning that to reach peak performance, whole-body health is required.
